To make the visitor experience even more enjoyable, Inzovu Mall will also offer VAT refunds to international customers.

Travellers with a foreign passport will be also able to make duty free purchases directly at several shops inside the mall. This is a brand-new initiative for Rwanda, the first of its kind in the country.
