Located in the heart of the Kimihurura district, a business and commercial area close to the city center, Inzovu Mall will offer breathtaking views of the lush hills and valleys of Kigali, as well as the iconic dome of the Kigali Conference Centre (CCK). A sustainable building, Inzovu Mall will utilize energy-efficient materials and technologies, reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to Rwanda’s efforts to mitigate climate change. The climate-conscious center has been awarded EDGE certification for its adherence to green building standards.
This large-scale project, spanning over 30,000 m², includes more than 9,000 m² of retail space, over 4,000 m² of leisure and dining options, a 95-room Odalys business tourism residence, and office space. Inzovu Mall embodies the new generation of shopping centers thanks to an exclusive offering, combining shops, restaurants, leisure and services in an environmentally friendly setting.
